Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Visiqa 360, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Visiqa 360 service

Visiqa 360 is a Search, AI & Digital Intelligence platform designed to turn digital signals into actionable intelligence. Features can include website intelligence, search and topical analysis, AI visibility, content intelligence, rank tracking, technical analysis, connected analytics, local and advertising intelligence, reporting, opportunities, and other related workflows.

3. User accounts

• You must provide accurate account information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must not share credentials in a way that creates unauthorized access.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our failure to apply reasonable security controls.

4. Websites, businesses, and connected data

You may add websites, business information, and external data sources to Visiqa 360. You represent that you have the authority or permission necessary to submit, connect, access, and process those resources.

5. Google and third-party connections

Visiqa 360 can connect to third-party services only after you authorize the requested access. Supported Google connections can include Search Console, Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Business Profile, and Google Ads.

Authorizing a Google account does not by itself select a client resource. You choose the property, location, container, or account to associate with a Visiqa 360 business or website. You remain responsible for having the right to connect and use each external resource.

6. Intelligence, recommendations, and external data

Visiqa 360 may combine first-party information, connected provider data, website observations, algorithmic analysis, and AI-assisted analysis to produce intelligence, recommendations, forecasts, classifications, and reports. These outputs are decision-support information and should be reviewed by the user before important business decisions are made.

Search engines, AI systems, advertising platforms, analytics providers, and other external services can change independently. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue, AI citations, advertising outcomes, or uninterrupted third-party data access.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Interfere with the security or availability of the service.
• Use the service to violate third-party rights or platform policies.
• Misrepresent ownership or authorization over connected resources.
• Attempt to bypass usage, security, or access controls.

8. Your content and data

You retain rights to content and business data you provide, subject to the permissions needed for Visiqa 360 to process that data to provide the requested features. External provider data remains subject to the applicable provider's terms and policies.

9. Intellectual property

The Visiqa 360 software, branding, interface, platform functionality, documentation, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Visiqa 360 platform to users.

10. Service availability

We work to keep Visiqa 360 available and reliable, but third-party APIs, provider quotas, outages, policy changes, maintenance, internet failures, and other factors may affect connected features or platform availability.

11. Suspension or termination

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the platform, users, connected providers, or legal compliance, including in response to abuse, security threats, non-payment, or material violations of these Terms.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Visiqa 360 is provided without guarantees that every recommendation, ranking, provider response, AI output, external data source, or integration will always be available, complete, current, or error-free. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes may be communicated through the product, website, or account contact information. Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
