4. How we use information
We use information to provide, secure, maintain, and improve Visiqa 360. This can include website and search analysis, AI-visibility analysis, analytics reporting, technical and content recommendations, connected-resource discovery, local business intelligence, competitor analysis, advertising reporting, opportunity detection, and user-requested workflows.
Google user data is used only to provide or improve the user-facing features that the account holder authorizes. Visiqa 360 does not sell Google user data and does not use Google user data for personalized advertising.
5. Google API Services User Data Policy
Visiqa 360's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. OAuth credentials and connected accounts
When you authorize a connected service, Visiqa 360 stores the account and authorization information required to maintain that connection and request data you have permitted us to access. We use these credentials only for the connected features you authorize and apply access controls and operational safeguards designed to protect them from unauthorized use.
7. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell personal information or Google user data. We may use service providers where necessary to host, secure, maintain, monitor, or support Visiqa 360. Such access is limited to the purposes required to provide the service and is subject to appropriate protections. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, the platform, or the security and integrity of our services.
8. Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect account data, connected-service credentials, and platform data. These measures include secure transport, access controls, credential controls, application security practices, monitoring, and operational controls. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
9. Retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security and operational records, satisfy legal obligations, and support legitimate business purposes. Retention periods may vary by data type and connected service.
You may request deletion of your Visiqa 360 account and associated personal data by contacting support@visiqa360.com. Where applicable, we will delete or de-identify data unless it must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or legitimate recordkeeping reasons.
10. Revoking Google access
You can revoke Visiqa 360's access to your Google Account at any time from your Google Account permissions. Revoking access stops future API access for that authorization.
